No one desires bad breathe for an identity,yet many battle with this embarrassment.The following are some steps that would prevent you from been directly or indirectly avoided because of air pollution from your mouth:
1. Use a toothbrush to brush your teeth twice daily;in the morning and at night before going to bed.
2. Your toothbrush should be changed every three months.
3. Use a toothpaste that contains fluoride.
4. Avoid eating much spicy foods like garlic,onions etc.
5. Avoid heavy intake of alcohol and smoking of cigarettes.
6. When fasting,do wash your mouth within the day,because the incidence of bad breathe is enhanced during a period of abstinence from food.
7. See a dentist at least twice in a year.
8. After applying the above measures and the bad breathe persist,please immediately consult your dentist.
